Mat Pilates - All Levels

Pilates is a great way to tone up, improve your posture and core strength and create length in the body. Pilates offers something for everyone - a challenging workout, a focused practice and a steady development of body awareness and inner strength. You will see noticeable improvements in your daily life and posture.
Class consists of a warm up mobilising the joints and preparing the body for movement, the main phase where you will learn several Pilates exercises, and a cool down and relaxation phase preparing you to re-enter your day.
Suitable for all levels, whether you're a complete beginner or have some Pilates experience under your belt already.
What to bring: You will need a suitable mat - Yoga, Piiates or exercise mat will be ideal.
